Manufacturing Capability

At Tritenco (Zhuji Caiteng Machinery), we focus on manufacturing high-precision components and core capabilities that support our own brand Tritenco pneumatic control valves for Eaton heavy-duty transmissions.
All our processes are developed to ensure our Tritenco valves meet OE-equivalent quality standards, are direct replacements for original components, and fit perfectly on Eaton heavy-duty transmissions.

Precision Shaft & Spool Machining

Ultra-precision machining of spools, valve stems and precision shafts is the core capability that guarantees the performance of our Tritenco control valves.

  • Diameter range: Φ3mm – Φ40mm
  • Max length: 200mm
  • Cylindricity ≤ 0.0025mm
  • Diameter tolerance: ±0.0025mm
  • SPC statistical control for mass production consistency
  • Full inspection with CMM, cylindricity testers and video measuring systems

High-Performance Mechanical Base Components

We produce high-strength, wear-resistant components in-house to support the durability and reliability of our TRITENCO control valves:

  • High-hardness bushings for heavy-duty applications
  • High-strength fasteners (Grade 10.9, tensile strength up to 1130MPa)
  • Special heat treatment and surface treatments for corrosion & wear resistance
  • Material expertise for harsh working environments

These components are critical to ensuring our Tritenco valves maintain OE-equivalent performance as direct replacements on Eaton transmissions.
