The K‑3331 splitter valve is the flow distribution core of Eaton’s multi‑cylinder pneumatic system, like a “multi‑way manifold” for air. It distributes regulated compressed air evenly and synchronously to the range cylinder, synchronizer and other actuators, ensuring consistent motion and balanced pressure across cylinders.
In Eaton 13/18‑speed transmissions, the auxiliary synchronizer requires dual‑cylinder synchronized motion. Uneven air distribution causes hard synchronization, gear grinding and shift noise. The K‑3331 uses precision orifices and balance chambers to keep pressure difference ≤0.05MPa across circuits, enabling smooth, shock‑free engagement.
The splitter valve is vulnerable to contamination blockage, spool sticking and internal cross‑leaks, leading to slow cylinder response, sync failure or auxiliary box seizure. The Tritenco K‑3331 features hardened alloy spools + special seals, resisting dirt, wear and aging—compatible with all Eaton heavy‑duty transmissions.
We have our own production workshops and warehouses, equipped with complete production and quality inspection equipment.
