The full working process is as follows:
- Vehicle air supply enters the A-4740 Air Filter Regulator, where it is filtered and regulated to stable working pressure.
- Clean, regulated air splits into two paths: one to the exhaust valve, the other to the master control valve.
- The driver selects a range via the shift lever, and the master control valve sends the signal to the A-5000 Slave Valve.
- The A-5000 Slave Valve switches air circuits according to the range signal, pushing the range cylinder to achieve low/high range shifting.
- The K-3331 Splitter Valve manages synchronized air distribution, ensuring consistent operation and balanced pressure.
Each valve has an irreplaceable role:
Failure of any valve will directly cause abnormal shifting. All Tritenco valves are designed to Eaton OEM pneumatic standards for high compatibility and stable cooperation.
